Refunds and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes, a change of mind may occur.  That's why we accept returns within 30 days of delivery in these circumstances.  However, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Check for Damage

We strongly encourage customers to inspect their items upon delivery.  If any damage or discrepancy is noticed, please notify me immediately.

Return Eligibility

• Change of Mind: Returns accepted with 30 days of delivery.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Rare and Collectable Records: Sold "as is" and cannot be returned.
• Second-Hand Records: Sold "as is" and cannot be returned.  Please check the condition description carefully and ask for photos if concerned.
  

Return Process

Upon approval of your return request, I will provide detailed instructions.  Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refund or Exchange

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you can choose between a refund or exchange.  We do not charge a restocking fee; however, refunds are calculated minus any shipping and merchant fees incurred by Rat Race Records.
